20+ Years of Commercial & Industrial Flooring in Northern Ireland
Epoxy Resin Solutions NI is a trading style of Trade Flooring NI Limited — a Northern Ireland-based company with over two decades of experience installing and maintaining resin flooring systems in the most demanding commercial and industrial environments in the province.
From our base in Portadown, we have worked with some of Northern Ireland's most exacting businesses: food manufacturers, cold storage operators, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, warehouses, car showrooms and engineering facilities. Every project has sharpened our knowledge. Every substrate challenge has added to our expertise.
We don't do domestic flooring. We never have. That single focus — commercial and industrial only — means every member of our team, every piece of our equipment, and every product we specify is chosen for the rigours of professional industrial use. There is no domestic sideline diluting our attention or our standards.

What Sets Us Apart
Specialist Focus
We work exclusively on commercial and industrial projects. Our knowledge, equipment and experience is concentrated entirely on environments where floors really have to perform.
Honest Advice
We tell clients what they need, not what costs the most. If your floor can be repaired rather than replaced, we'll say so. Our reputation is built on repeat business — honesty is how we earn it.
Own Equipment
We own and operate our own diamond grinders, shot blasters and specialist application equipment. No subcontractors, no delays, no quality compromises.
Local Team
We're based in Portadown and cover the whole of Northern Ireland. No waiting on contractors travelling from the mainland — we're your neighbours, and we're available.
Why Commercial & Industrial Only?
It's a question we get asked. The answer is simple: commercial and industrial flooring is a completely different discipline to domestic work, and trying to do both well at the same time is a compromise neither client deserves.
The Equipment Is Different
Industrial-scale diamond grinders, shot blasters and resin application rigs are not domestic tools. They require specialist operators, proper maintenance and significant investment. We own this equipment outright because we use it every day.
The Substrates Are More Demanding
Commercial and industrial floors deal with forklift traffic, chemical exposure, thermal cycling, heavy point loads and hygiene regulations. Specifying the right system for these conditions requires genuine experience — not general flooring knowledge.
The Stakes Are Higher
When a commercial kitchen floor fails, production stops. When a warehouse floor fails, forklifts are at risk. Our clients can't afford failures — and that drives the standard of every decision we make, from specification to installation.
Focus Produces Better Results
By concentrating entirely on one sector, every member of our team becomes genuinely expert in it. Our knowledge of resin systems, substrate conditions and commercial operational requirements is deep — because it's all we do.
How We Work
Every project follows the same disciplined process — from initial site assessment through to handover. No assumptions. No shortcuts. No nasty surprises.
Free Site Survey
We visit your site, assess the substrate condition, identify any defects, moisture levels or contamination issues, and take the time to understand your operational requirements and constraints.
Detailed Specification & Quotation
We provide a written specification and quotation that clearly outlines the preparation method, the flooring system, the application process and the expected performance — not a vague one-liner price.
Professional Installation
Our own experienced team carries out all work using professional equipment. We work to schedule, communicate clearly and keep disruption to your operations to an absolute minimum.
Handover & Aftercare
On completion, we hand over a full record of the system installed — products, thicknesses and cure times — so you have what you need for maintenance, warranties and future reference.
